" An issue effecting the switch you are hosted on is requiring us to perform emergency maintenance on the rack / switch that your servers are connected to. The issue is presently packetloss on the switch that is going to require an immediate IOS reload to restore its proper functionality. Though we strive to work in non-business hour maintenance windows, as this matter is urgent, and effecting you directly with loss of connectivity to your sites, we deem it urgent to perform this upgrade now. The maintenance will begin at 1PM EST today on 10/04/06 and is expected to last for approximately 15 minutes during which time your sites / servers will be inaccessible. The location of the rack is AA-03"
